Just in time for summer, Ageaus gets a new hair style. I sorta went back to the older hair, the brown just lost it's thrall. (The first two copies of this image had brown hair in place of what's pictured above, but it didn't sit right). I started with the blue for undershading of the brown, and decided it looked better, the brown kind of dead-ended the image at his head.
It probably won't come out as dark the next few times i do it I also left off his pockets on the belt... I don't think it was intentional at the time. I did intentionally change the way his sword belt hooks on, and it'll be probably better composed when I do a full body shot of him sometime between now and the end of time.
I didn't do the sky. my last few backgrounds were ruined by my bad skies, and the water's bad enough here.
Nice, I still like the new hair color, makes it look wet. I think the coloring is better this time around too, blends more. That sword is pretty "sharp" looking, eh, get it? Sharp!? XD
Cool, I think the blue hair fits in with his design much better. All the extra fins look really good too. Your close-ups are getting good; you should definitely keep going with them.
