4 The Great Whale

"In my endless quest to see the wild things of the world, I took a ship from the coast of Hesperia to sea with my own eyes if any of the tales of sea monitors were true. The first night we were out, an unusually violent sea rocked my vessel, sending  members of the crew into the dark depths. In vain we looked to the sky to see where the storm was coming from, when we knew that the source was below. A Burst of steam, and an unreal haunting cry, something disturbed the water before us. tidal waves left in all directions, as if the sea shuddered form it's weight. A great whale-like creature with bloated humanoid proportions rose from the sea, and reached for the boat. I awoke sometime later on the shores of an unknown land, amid the wreckage of the boat, without another soul in sight."
